At Cabin Comfy, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, our returns and refunds policy outlines the terms under which products can be returned, exchanged and refunded.

1. Eligibility for Returns/ Exchanges
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- The return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
- Products must be in resalable condition, free from damage, stains, or odors.
- Exchanges are applicable if the size requested is available. If the size requested is not available you will have to go through the return process.
Our 15-day return window exceeds the minimum 14-day requirement under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Refunds will be processed as per Rule 9(3) of the said Rules.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items or items purchased under special promotions are not eligible for returns.
- Made to order products/ sizes.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- We offer free returns when you place an order by logging into your account or creating a new one. It will automatically apply when you request a return through your signed-in account.

Reverse Pickups
At Cabin Comfy, we strive to provide a seamless return experience for our customers. Our Service Provider will make two attempts to collect your returned items from the designated location, beginning from the date you initiate the return request. Please be aware that if you choose to cancel the pickup request, these attempts will be voided. - During the pickup process, our Service Provider will seal the package in your presence. It is essential that you verify and confirm the contents of the package before sealing, as the responsibility for the items lies entirely with you, the customer. Cabin Comfy will not be held liable for any discrepancies concerning the contents of the shipment.
4. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
- We have a 15-days return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned items.
- If approved, refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase or given to you in store credit by information which you can use later to make a purchase in the future.
- If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customersupport@cabincomfy.com
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- If your return is rejected (due to signs of use, damage, etc.), the item will be sent back to you, and no refund will be provided.
- Cabin Comfy is not liable for lost or undelivered return shipments.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You may request an exchange for the same item/ product in a different size or color, as long as it is at the same price. However, exchanges for a different style or product are not permitted. In such cases, you will need to follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
- Your exchange order will be processed promptly with free shipping, and we’ll provide a complimentary return label for the item being exchanged.
- Kindly return the item(s) within 15 days of initiating the exchange online.
- The exchanged item(s) must be received within 15 days from the date the exchange is initiated online to avoid any additional charges.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at customersupport@cabincomfy.com. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund after investigating the issue.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take additional time for your refund to officially post.
- If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at customersupport@cabincomfy.com.
9. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process once it arrives.
