Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition with tags attached. Our 15-day return window exceeds the minimum 14-day requirement under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Refunds will be processed as per Rule 9(3) of the said Rules.
